REIKI CLASSES & SESSIONS
Learning Reiki is not difficult or very time-consuming. I am a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher through the International Center for Reiki Training and I will help you quickly learn to practice Reiki on yourself and others in the Reiki classes I offer both online and in-person.
Or, if you’re interested in experiencing Reiki for yourself, you can book an individual Reiki treatment session or a Chakra Balancing session.
REIKI TRAININGS
Usui Holy Fire® Reiki I & II Class
Start your Reiki Training Journey here with a combination of lecture, discussion and practice time. Training is practical giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment.
Students will learn the Reiki symbols and how to use them.
Holy Fire Reiki® Master Class (3-Day Class)
Receive the Usui Master placement (attunement) as well as four Holy Fire® Master ignitions.
Receive abundant practice time as you learn how to balance chakras and how to give placements and ignitions.
Karuna Reiki® Class
Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® is described as the Reiki system of Divine Compassion. It is the energy of compassionate action, compassion combined with wisdom. Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® assists us in healing the qualities that are out of alignment with divine love. It connects us to the higher vibration within and of the world around us.
The Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® Master workshop is a three-day intensive. After completing this class, you will be a full Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® Master, able to practice all the energy techniques and give all the ignitions to Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki®.
Continuing Education Contact Hours - CEs
A Certificate of Completion is available for all Reiki classes for professionals. This is an added benefit of our training programs, and this service is offered at no additional charge. You may turn this Certificate of Completion into your licensing or certification board for potential credit toward your continuing education or contact hours for your license or certificate.
Each state board, state, national board or licensing agency makes its own decision on whether to accept this form and how many hours, if any, to accept for Reiki classes. Please request the certificate when registering for a class.

About the Session: Reiki energy flows through the practitioner's hands into the client. The Reiki practitioner places their hands on or near the body, usually around the head, shoulders, stomach or feet. The client often feels a powerful radiance during the treatment and feels refreshed and more positive after a session.
Chakra Balancing
Chakras are energy centers in our body which have an affect on our physical and emotional wellbeing. This energy can become blocked resulting in a feeling of being stuck or unable to move forward in life. This 60 minute Chakra Balancing clears stagnant energy and makes room for more abundance, love and happiness

Peggy Gaines is a Usui/Holy Fire® III Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training.
She received her Reiki Master training from William Lee Rand and Laurelle Gaia.
Peggy is one of 43 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in the United States. She has been teaching Reiki classes since 2010.
