Morning Energy Sequence
This guided Reiki morning energy sequence is designed to gently awaken your body, activate your energy, and bring you into balance for the day ahead.

Twice Monthly Reiki Circle This is offered for people who have taken classes from me as a way I can offer you support as you start your Reiki journey.
Its held the First & Third Tuesdays of each month from 12:00 – 12:30 pm ET. Here is the Zoom link we will use:
